Hi,
We programmed our XE213 with all the PLU's we need, but mysteriously some of the product values have minus signs....how to make them positive again?

Hi.
It sounds like they are linked to negative departments.

Turn key to PGM.
4
TL (Cash button)

This will print the department settings. See if any have a minus sign on them, or a different code number at the right of the dept name.

Thanks a mill....went through the Departments, one was accidentally marked negative, so all the corresponding PLU's went negative, all fixed up now!

That's good to hear. It's a rare problem. I had to scratch my head a bit, haha!
Nice to see that you worked out the -/+ sign setting. You'll be a wizz on your machine now.
