I have a XE-A22S cash register and dumped data on SD card successfully (I can see it).

I installed the SHARP software to read the data on my computer (Windows XP..for which it is compatible). When I run the software, I set the "OPTION" choice to SD. I then click "VIEW" and it can't seem to find the SD card, so I can't read the data.

In frustration I clicked the "CLEAR SD CARD"--and it yielded a "COMMUNICATION ERROR."

I placed the data on the computer in the DATA folder for SHARP...no luck.

No "browse" function on the software...I need to read the data so I can analyze my sales, otherwise the POS is largely useless to me. Can anyone help?
