Daughter was doing x for totals but it stopped in the middle. Power on but only key working is paper feed. Sorry at this stage no further info as communicating with her via telephone. Hope someone can help. Thanks

This is strange. If you can't get the keyboard to work, then it may be serious. If the printer feeds, then it is unlikely to be anything printer related. Does it beep if the clear (CL) key is pressed?
