I have had one given but never used this type of machine before

they were/are the hardware of choice for a software called icr touch

you work for flytech? cool!

we sold loads and loads of them years ago, icrtouch used to supply them before they started doing the xn900 instead. it was mostly a good machine, we still have quite a lot in use! though the displays used to fail on quite a number
