Is there still nobody using the Yomani EFT terminals on ICRTouch?

No there isn't, and I doubt there ever will be unless somebody pays for the integration development

What terminals are supported from ICR?

PaymentSense are fully integrated with the Ingenico 250/252 and WorldPay have an integration as well. This isn't something that can be done unless you are a dealer though - neither of them, or ICR, will deal direct for this sort of thing.

Is there anyone in this forum familiar with Oracle Retail EFTlink? It's a Java based conversion package that works between generic POS and standard core providers like my Point Scandinavia.

You're not going to get that to link to ICR. They chose who they will set up links with, and the API interface is protected by all sorts of terms and conditions.

You're trying to use a sledgehammer to crack a nut here. If you want to integrate a credit card terminal with your ICR till then you will have to go through a dealer, or direct to PaymentSense or WorldPay if they'll deal with you. There is simply no other way round it.
